The registry claims the file from the court and transmits it, together with the application, to a Councillor who decides by order and without a hearing on the admissibility of the action. If an order states that the appeal is inadmissible, the case will be definitively closed. If the appeal is admissible, the Registry will give notice of it to the opposing party.
