Statement in response and administrative fileThe Registry notifies the application to the opposing party. As from that notification, the opposing party has sixty days at its disposal to send a statement in response. In this statement the opposing party can challenge the admissibility of the appeal and defend the legality of its decision. Within the same period of time the opposing party has to submit the administrative file containing the documents that are necessary to be able to assess the actual circumstances of the case, the proceedings and all the acts which have led to the challenged decision. |
