OrganizationSection 69 of the coordinated laws (FR - NL) provides that the Council of State consists of the Council, the Auditor's Office, the Coordination Office and the Registry. The Council of States comprises also a number of internal administration services, as i.e. the Service for concording texts and the Administrator which are entrusted with specific missions. In accordance with its mission, the Council of State is divided into a Legislation Section and an Administrative Litigation Section. |
